Hampshire born, Kerry King, is the founder of Waves Health and Wellbeing. Kerry has taught and worked in the Private health club sector for over 20 years.

What Is Pilates?

Pilates mat work is a floor based exercise class designed to build strength and flexibility to the entire body.
